1 medium carrot (grated)
Quarter of a medium onion (thinly sliced)
3 tablespoons of Pomegranate juice
Half teaspoon of tamarind paste
Six sultanas (pre-soaked in water)
Chilli and salt to taste
Quarter teaspoon of mustard seed
Dessert spoon of vegetable oil
Quarter teaspoon of cumin
Dash of lemon juice
