Channa Chaat is a light and crisp salad, delicious on its own or as part of a meal.


Tin of Chick Peas
Half a medium red onion (fine chopped)
1 spring onion / 2 inches cucumber (diced)
2 heaped tablespoons potato (boiled and fine diced)
Tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander
Teaspoon of Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon of whole cumin
Lemon juice, chilli and salt to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped tomato


Mix all of the ingredients together
