A savoury Indian Pancake made with gramm flour, it goes well with sabjis and is suitable for those with gluten intolerances.
Ingredients
Gramm Flour 50g
Water
Salt to taste
Coriander
Chopped Spring Onion
Flaked Chilli to taste
Cumin quarter teaspoon
Turmeric quarter Teaspoon
Oil to grease pan
Method
Mix the gramm flour in a bowl and slowly add water until you get a consistency of whole milk
Ensure that there are no lumps
Add the other ingredients and mix together
Grease a skillet pan and heat
Pour in the batter mix, then gently tilt to ensure the batter is spread evenly
Allow to cook for 2-3 min
Carefully lip over to cook the other side
When cooked slide onto a large plate and enjoy with your favourite sabji!
